1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Propwrite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Propwrite provides AI-powered property listing copy generation tools for real estate professionals. The Service analyses property photographs and generates written descriptions for use in property listings and marketing materials.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate misleading or fraudulent property descriptions, to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models, or to resell or sublicence the Service without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Propwrite retains ownership of the platform, models, and technology. Content you generate using the Service is yours to use for your business purposes. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of generating copy.
7. AI-Generated Content
Copy generated by the Service is produced by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any copy before publishing. We do not warrant that generated descriptions are accurate, complete, or compliant with any regulatory requirements.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propwrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
