1. Who We Are
Propwrite ("we", "us", "our") operates the Propwrite platform at propwrite.co. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
2. Data We Collect
We collect: account information (name, email address) when you register; property photos you upload for copy generation; generated copy and listing details you create; usage data and analytics; billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe); and technical data such as IP address and browser type.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; process your subscription payments; send service-related communications; analyse usage patterns to improve our AI models (using only anonymised, aggregated data); and comply with legal obligations.
4. Property Photos
Photos you upload are used solely to generate property descriptions. They are processed by our AI models and stored securely in Cloudflare R2. We do not use your photos to train our AI models or share them with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
Copy generated using the Service is associated with your account. We do not claim ownership of this content. We may use anonymised, aggregated data about generation patterns to improve the Service.
6. Data Sharing
We share data with: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Google (Gemini AI model for photo analysis and copy generation), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos and generated copy are retained until you delete them or close your account. We may retain anonymised usage data indefinitely.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@propwrite.co. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
